We are thrilled to be able to offer prescription medicines at excellent prices to our customers.

Any product that features the icon below instead of a product image requires veterinary authorisation:

We are required by Australian law to receive your vet's authorisation before we can supply a Schedule 4 (prescription only) medicine.

We are confident that you will find the small amount of extra effort will be rewarded by our low prices and fast delivery.

Please follow the following steps to obtain a prescription medicine for your pet:

1. To make it easier for your vet, take a copy or several copies of our veterinary authorisation form to your next visit, or alternatively ask your vet to give you written authorisation the next time you wish to obtain a medicine.

(Click here to download the VetPost Authorisation Form)

2. Once you have your vet's authorisation, you can find the medicine listed in our inventory and follow the regular checkout process. If you have any doubts about which item to add to your cart, or can't find them in our inventory shoot us an email and we can help you out.

3. After you have paid for your order you will need to scan & email the authorisation or mail the original copy to us at:

VetPost Australia
442 Old Northern Road
Glenhaven NSW 2156

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@vetpost.com.au

Please note: When doctors write a prescription they are paid for this service. Similarly, your vet may charge you a small fee to provide a written authorisation.

Existing customers of Glenhaven or Winston Hills Vet Hospitals: If you are one of our existing clients you do not need to follow this process. We can easily reference the records we have on file for your pets. Please send us an email info@vetpost.com.au and we can confirm your records are current and that your order is on its way.
